Possessive?

Apparently, the turkey post was gross...sorry about that.

If you read this post the only thing you will learn is that I am neurotic...but most of you knew that anyway.

About 4 years ago Rich and I discovered Pandora and through that the artist Josh Ritter. We love his music, have bought almost all of his CDs, and been to his concert twice in Richmond. We even got to meet him.

I have "liked" Josh Ritter on facebook and I received an update that his song Change of Time was used in a movie trailer. One of my new favorite songs is Change of Time . Most ordinary people would be excited for him and his success and that a favorite song is on a popular movie trailer. But not me...no, I become irrational and jealous. I worry that EVERYONE will start to like him and I knew about him first. As if I have some sort of ownership over him...it was just so ridiculous that I had to share.

Does anybody else feel possessive over music?

Turkey Lurkey

For Thanksgiving this year, Rich took the lead on preparing the turkey, but when he started to go in to retrieve the giblets he decided nitrile gloves were a MUST.

Then after a few minutes he determined a headlamp would be necessary. Luckily he found the neck. Even after all that we still left the bag in. Rich was digging and digging and never found it so we figured they hadn't put one in. FALSE! That's okay it still tasted awesome!
