Anyway, check out what I found back there.
VHS tapes. REALLY?!?! What am I saving these for? We have not owned a working VCR in at least 5 years.
I told Rich that I was going to throw them away and he suggested I save them to give to GoodWill. All of a sudden my mind flashed to the rows and rows of VHS tapes that Goodwill has and I realized NOBODY wants them. How sad it is to be a VHS tape in this day and age! It makes me think of Buzz and Woody and I feel a little guilty that I will be sending these VHS tapes to the grave.
Don't worry I snapped out of it. They are going in the garbage. Unless you know somebody who wants to give them a home. Anybody? ...Buhler? Anybody?

You ARE a Hoarder! ;) jk! But what is really funny is that I wondered when I saw the title of your post VHS "I wonder what that stands for..." hahaa!!! yes i do remember those ole things...it just didn't click for a minute. ha!
We still use our VCR for all the kids movies that my mom unloaded on us. Seems to work fine, but as tapes start to wear out they go straight to the trash.
I feel possession guilt too! Poor Buzz and Woody...
PS- Wait, what's a VCR? Or VHS? Or 1990? Oh Nichole...
I'm still bitter that Rob insisted we throw away my fantastic collection of videotapes when our VCR died. I'd totally still be watching them if we had a working VCR. But... I'm the chick who doesn't notice if things aren't in HD. ;)
We have some too. And also have a VCR that doens't currently work. You may have just inspired me. :) Also, mobile babies is why the bottom shelf of our bookshelf is empty.
Why not let baby girl play with them? Pull all the tape out! She would love it! At least someone would get some pleasure out of them.
